Recurring Payments
This refund policy applies only to the initial payment. Recurring payments made after the first 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
If you wish to cancel your service after the first 30 days, please notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts that violate our Terms of Service or are terminated due to misuse or illegal activities.
